REFUND & RETURN

We guarantee your complete satisfaction with our product, or you may return or exchange items within 15 days from the date of shipment with a Return Merchandise Authorization. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping and insurance fees.

To receive a return authorization for orders shipped within the United States, please follow the steps outlined below:

Items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and be shipped within 15 days to be eligible for return.

If a package or item arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or contact us immediately at 201 724 2526. Please keep all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Hera Mythras Jewelers. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately upon receipt of your order. Hera Mythras Jewelers will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Diamonds purchased through our Hera Mythras Diamond Upgrade Program are not eligible for return or credit.
  • Special orders are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.
  • Exchanges, repairs, or resizing are available for eligible items.
  • Items that are damaged or defective after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • Engraved items are non-refundable.
  • Returns without a Hera Mythras authorization code, returns sent C.O.D., and improperly or uninsured packages will be rejected upon receipt.
  • Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
  • Items shipped over 15 days from the sales receipt are not eligible for return.

What Can I Do if I Lose One Earring?

In-Store

Bring the items you wish to return in new, unused, and unaltered condition with a receipt or proof of purchase. Our Associates will assist you with your return. If you're making an exchange, they can ensure your fit and size.

Online

Create a Return Label Using Our Returns Portal Create a Return Label Print & Affix the created Return Label, As Well As the "Return Label ID" Located on the Front of the Packing Slip, to the Outside of Your Package.

Step 4

Ship Your Package Using the Options Available on the Label Instructions. Please Allow Up to 15 Business Days From Delivery for Processing.
